Andrea Weaver

Andrea Weaver is a real estate professional with a background in fine arts and hospitality. A New Jersey native, Andrea holds a degree in business management and worked coast to coast, from New York to Los Angeles, before making Las Vegas her home.

Andrea is Forbes Hospitality trained and specialized in VIP clientele services for a prominent Las Vegas hospitality group. She brings a unique combination of outstanding customer service experience with an eye for aesthetics and interior design.

In addition to her professional careers, Andrea is very involved in the fitness industry and supports locally owned facilities like TruFusion. She also enjoys hiking Nevada trails with her 2 Australian Shepherds, Gemma and Kylo, and looks forward to assisting her clients.

Debbie German

Debbie German has been a licensed agent in the Las Vegas area since 1999 and has sold numerous homes, both new and resale. In addition, she believes in long-term relationships and has worked with several clients multiple times over the span of up to 20 years. She also has numerous professional contacts to help source information for her clients.

Working with VA buyers is something she enjoys because her husband is a USAF Veteran and she understands the process. Having helped both enlisted and retired Veterans, she can tailor the transaction to someone's current life stage.

As her career evolved, she now also works in commercial real estate, which helps give her a broader understanding of the Las Vegas area and upcoming building projects. Working with a partner such as Andrea, provides a bridge with her background of Veteran clients while teaming with another like-minded professional.

Andrea and Debbie are both customer service oriented and detailed. We believe in consistent communication and operating by deadlines. In addition, we can adjust based on the client's approach, whether that is a quick move-in or a slower, more methodical approach. Debbie has worked with several clients who were engineers or analysts and understands the thought process of analytical clients.
